On the morning of December 5, 2013, at Changping Campus, Vice President Zhu Yong met with Mr. Brain Beglin, Representative of American Bankruptcy Institute as well as Chief Delegate of Bingham McCutchen LLP, and his party.
This visit aimed to explore the feasibility of international cooperation between the two parties in the field of bankruptcy law and other related affairs. The two sides mainly discussed matters concerning the planning of an international seminar on bankruptcy law which they will co-sponsor next year in Beijing. The hosts and guests reached a preliminary agreement on preliminary details, such as host units of the meeting, topics, participants, the size of the conference, scheduling, funding, and so forth.
