On the afternoon of October 31, 2013, President Huang Jin met with Prof. Dr. Mircea Dumitru, Rector of the University of Bucharest (UB) along with attending UB staff members.
The two sides mainly exchanged views on the opening ceremony and the future development of the co-established Confucius institution in UB.
