On April 25, 2013, the 1st session of the EU-China Higher Education Platform for Cooperation and Exchange (HEPCE) was successfully held in Brussels, Belgium. CUPL President Huang Jin attended the meeting, and as the first spokesman in the EU- CHINA University Presidents' Dialogue, he delivered a keynote speech on “China-EU School of Law (CESL) – Dialogue, Cooperation and Win-win”.
The HEPCE was co-hosted by China’s Ministry of Education (MOE) and European Commission DG Education & Culture (DG EAC), as well as the EU-CHINA University Presidents' Dialogue, hosted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and jointly supported by European University Association (EUA), and the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA).
