On the morning of August 27, 2012, at the Xueyuan Lu Campus, President Huang Jin met with S.V. Ivanets, President of Far Eastern Federal University of Vladivostok (Russia) as well as its Vice-President, V.I. Kulikov.
On behalf of their respective universities, President Huang and President S.V. Ivanets signed the "Cooperation Agreement between CUPL and Far East Federal University."
