On January 5, 2012, on the CUPL Xueyuan Lu (Graduate School) Campus, CUPL President Huang Jin
met with U.S.A. Duquesne Law School Dean Ken Gormley and Duquesne Law Librarian and
Professor Frank Liu.
During the meeting, President Huang Jin expressed his hope for a long partnership between the
two universities. President Huang Jin and Dean Gormley discussed the possibility of developing double
master degree programs, sending CUPL to the U.S. to participate in internships, exchanging visiting scholars,
and also summer study abroad programs. Dean Gormley also delivered a lecture to CUPL faculty
and students regarding the U.S. impeachment process.
